We are urgently seeking an experienced Through-Hole Solderer to join a busy and growing team based near Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering skills looking for a stable role with a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities for the Through-Hole Solderer:
- Performing high-quality through-hole soldering to IPC standards
- Assembling electronic components onto PCBs
- Inspecting and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Working from technical drawings and instructions
- Supporting production targets and deadlines
Requirements for the Through-Hole Solderer Role:
- Proven experience in through-hole soldering
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
