The Production Controller will sit between customers and production, making sure requirements are understood, schedules are accurate and orders continue moving through the machine shop against agreed delivery dates. This Production Controller position needs someone who is organised, confident dealing with customers and comfortable working closely with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced environment. The Production Controller role As Production Controller, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer orders from receipt through to final delivery. You’ll maintain accurate production information, monitor progress against schedules and identify potential delays early enough to take action. The Production Controller will also attend production meetings, work closely with the machine shop and provide customers with clear updates on order status and delivery performance.
