We are recruiting for a Junior Finance Administrator to join a busy office team in Bournemouth. This role would suit someone with previous administration or finance experience looking to build a career within accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices and finance paperwork
  • Checking invoices and resolving discrepancies
  • Posting invoices onto Sage
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Updating internal systems and records
  • Supporting the wider finance team with general administration

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration, finance assistant, accounts assistant, or purchase ledger experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using office systems and databases
  • Sage experience beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisation and communication skills

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Office based
  • 1 in 10 Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm (paid overtime)
