Holt Engineering in Christchurch, Dorset seeks an experienced Quality Manager to own AS9100 quality activities on site and drive audits, corrective actions and continual improvement.
The role may support a second site as it develops from ISO 9001 toward AS9100, with a potential 4-day week.
You will stay close to the shop floor, guide machinists and inspectors, manage NCRs and FAIR packs, and ensure the QMS remains lean, disciplined and effective through hands-on leadership.
