Holt Engineering are recruiting an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our client in Poole. They offer a friendly and professional working environment within new and modern offices. This company is a fast-growing and dynamic industry leader, always welcoming new ideas and initiative. They are looking for a proactive and motivated person to join their Spare Parts team as they continue to excel within their field. They pride themselves on their customer service and are looking for a like-minded person to deliver an efficient service ensuring a smooth distribution of spare parts to customers and service teams. This is a permanent opportunity paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE, the role is office-based working Monday to Friday.
Duties for the successful Aftersales Coordinator:
- Handle customer enquiries for spare parts in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, issue, and track quotations through to order, invoicing, and completion.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure parts availability and smooth order fulfilment.
- Coordinate delivery schedules across customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Produce regular reports on enquiries, sales activity, and performance against targets.
- Support outbound activity and conversion goals to drive aftersales revenue.
- Proactively follow up quotations via outbound contact to improve conversion rates.
- Promote relevant product upgrades, services, and special offers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to assess stock levels and future requirements.
