CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join its busy machine shop.

The Role

As a

CNC Turner , you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high‑quality engineered components. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and operating CNC turning machines.
  • Working with Mazak CNC control systems.
  • Manufacturing precision components to engineering specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
  • Carrying out inspection of finished parts to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintaining efficient and accurate production output.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator.
  • Experience working with Mazak controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.

  • Multi‑axis machining experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
