Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Waterlooville, who are on the lookout for an experienced Cable Assembler. The company is a leading manufacturer of electronics and distributes its products across the world for the electronics industry. This role is offering a full-time contract, working Monday to Thursday 7:30-4:30 with an early finish on Friday! This role is paying between £12.71-£14ph (depending on experience).
Responsibilities
- Follow technical drawings
- Solder to IPC 620 standards
- Cut, crimp, and strip cables
- Loom and wire cables
- Heat shrink
Qualifications
- Have cable assembly experience
- Previous experience within looming and wiring
- Have soldering experience (preferably IPC 620 standard)
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience within the electrical industry
