- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Manufacturing bespoke jigs and fixtures
- Operating and programming XYZ ProtoTRAK milling machines
- Carrying out manual milling and turning operations
- Producing high-quality components to ISO9001 standards
- Deburring and polishing finished components
- Conducting self-inspection throughout the manufacturing process
- Supporting the creation of work instructions and documentation
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manual machining, including milling and turning
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
