The Role

  • Manufacturing and maintaining precision tooling, jigs, fixtures, and bespoke components to exacting quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Operating XYZ machines.
  • Carrying out manual milling and turning operations.
  • Self-inspection of components throughout production.
  • Deburring, finishing, and polishing components.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping, and safety.
