We are looking for a reliable Forklift Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing distribution business in Poole. This is a varied role suited to someone with previous warehouse experience, good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a small team.
This role is permanent, and will require a current Reach Truck Forklift license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Checking incoming deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Packaging products securely for domestic and international shipments.
- Booking transport and supporting general goods-in and goods-out activities.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Completing basic warehouse paperwork and using computer systems.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A current Reach forklift licence.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with an active, hands-on role.
