The role

You will be responsible for creating and delivering maintenance training to a diverse customer base, adapting your approach to suit different cultures, backgrounds, and operational needs. • Act as a technical expert within the instructional team for your assigned system or subject area.
  • Work collaboratively to help define and improve departmental processes.
  • Manage your own workload effectively and deliver within budget and timescales.
  • Raise issues, risks, and technical challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Represent company values: Customer First, Own It, Move Fast, and Speak with Candour.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified civilian or military instructor with at least 2 years’ experience delivering technical instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in a maths, science, or engineering-related subject, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 4 years’ relevant industry experience, or 2 years’ technical experience in the associated discipline.
  • Strong technical problem-solving ability.

  • Private medical insurance, with optional family cover.
  • Pension with up to 7% employer contribution.
  • Life assurance up to 4x salary, flexible up to 10x.
  • Group income protection.
  • Optional extras including dental, gym membership, critical illness cover, and cycle to work.
