We’re recruiting for a CNC Turner Setter to support ongoing production on Mazak-controlled machines. This is a hands‑on role focused on setting and operating rather than programming from scratch, making it well‑suited to someone who enjoys being on the shop floor and keeping machines running efficiently.

This CNC Turner Setter role would suit someone already in a similar position or a capable operator with setting experience looking to step into a more involved role.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

  • Setting CNC turning machines ready for production runs
  • Operating machines to produce components to specification
  • Making basic edits/adjustments at the machine where required
  • Checking parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Keeping work areas organised and running smoothly
