This is a rare opportunity, as this position has not been open within the company for the last decade. You will manage an established workshop with high staff retention, consistently ranking in the top 20 for customer satisfaction nationally. The role offers autonomy without micro-management, allowing you to perform your duties effectively and personally, free from the routines and politics often associated with larger PLC dealerships.
