You’ll work side-by-side with the GSM and take ownership of a team of 3, steering the ship towards F&I targets and daily actions.

Do this well, and there is a high likelihood of progression into a bigger role in the future.

What you’ll need

• Ideally, you’ll be a strong Sales Executive OR Transaction Manager (or above) known for results.
• Experience hitting targets and leading others in the Motor Trade.
• A driving license.
