Job Description
- Take ownership of all inbound calls and respond promptly
- Advise on and process parts enquiries and orders for trade & public customers
- Provide accurate product information and track orders to completion
- Upsell parts and accessories where appropriate
- Maintain detailed records and ensure high standards of customer service
