Parts Call Centre AdvisorLocation: Diss, NorfolkSalary: Competitive basic salary + bonusHours: Full Time, Permanent (Monday–Friday)We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, centralised parts operation in Diss, on behalf of a well-established motor dealership group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced Parts Call Centre providing outstanding service to trade and retail customers alike.The Role:
  • Take ownership of all inbound calls and respond promptly
  • Advise on and process parts enquiries and orders for trade & public customers
  • Provide accurate product information and track orders to completion
  • Upsell parts and accessories where appropriate
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure high standards of customer service
