We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.
- Company car scheme β up to two vehicles
- Monday β Friday 8:00am β 5:00pm. Alternate Saturdays 8:30am β 12:30pm
- Up to 7% Employer Pension Contribution
- Annual Leave β 22 days increasing to 26 with continued service, plus bank holidays
- Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Leave
Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met.
- Diagnostic / Master Technician level (we are also considering Service Technicians / MOT Testers).
- Have at least 2 yearsβ experience after a qualifying period working in a dealership as a Master Technician/Mechanic (or similar).
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of work performed.
