Location: Ashington, Sussex (Office-based) – Internal Position

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (One 5:30pm finish per week)

Salary: £35,000 Basic

As Internal Account Manager (Team Lead), you’ll manage your own sales territory in partnership with an Area Sales Manager while leading a small internal sales team. You’ll focus on developing new and existing business, supporting customer needs, tracking team KPIs, and driving growth. This is a hands-on office-based role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow customer accounts within a defined territory
  • Lead and support the internal sales team, monitoring KPIs and performance
  • Make proactive outbound calls to generate and convert leads
  • Collaborate with field sales, service, logistics, and repairs teams
  • Maintain CRM records and account development plans
  • Attend monthly sales meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy
