Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Technician to join our busy workshop in Bristol. Youll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring all work meets the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HGVs to DVSA standards
• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
• Work effectively with the team to meet workshop deadlines
• Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance procedures

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
