Job Purpose
As an Electrical Fitter, you’ll be part of a multi-skilled team responsible for key aspects of electrical work on machine builds. This will include panel wiring, electrical assembly to powering up and testing. You’ll work to exacting standards in a quality-focused, fast-paced environment. Essential to this position is previous experience of heavy machine wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build panels and wire machines from schematic drawings to high-quality standards.
- Perform electrical diagnostics and fault-finding efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with on-site machine installations and troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
- Support team projects and mentor junior colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Time-served / qualified Electrician with experience in panel building and machine wiring.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and basic CNC controls.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed goals.
- Willingness to travel overseas occasionally with others, 3 - 4 times per year.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary £34,000 - £40,000 OTE
- Working a 4-day week (38 hrs) (Monday to Thursday 6:45 to 16:45)
- Premium rates for overtime working
- Matched pension contributions up to 6%.

- Holidays 25 days per year plus 8 statutory increasing with service.
