Working Pattern: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri (term time only) and hours 0900-1700

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings. As a General Assistant you will…
- Assist in the preparation and serving of lunch, and snacks according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front and back of house areas including preparation and service areas.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to pupils and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Ideally have experience working within Education catering
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
