Technician
to assemble, configure, and test our immersive golf technology systems with precision and efficiency.

What You\’ll Do

• Set up and build system components, racks, signage, and cabling in a clean, organised workspace.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and network services including Windows, Android apps, DHCP, DNS, and more.
• Create remote support channels and configure client-specific settings like UI skins, LED presets, and booking system behaviours.
• Test systems thoroughly, resolve issues, and submit quality reports.
• Install optional features like Unity games, Brightsigns, and dual-language modes.
• Collaborate with project leads for internal testing and handover, and prepare systems for shipping.
• Support goods-in inspections and warranty repairs as needed.
