Deliver complex, guest-facing technology projects on time, to budget and to quality. As a Technical Project Manager at Holovis, you’ll lead cross disciplinary delivery across AV, software, networks, controls and show systems for themed attractions. Who This Role Is For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Bring experience delivering technical scope in AV and Show systems or other engineering or technology industries, and can confidently follow technical dialogue, drawings and specifications.
- Enjoy converting engineering scope into clear plans (scope, schedule, budget, resourcing), keeping delivery aligned as reality changes.
- Are comfortable owning risk and dependency management, including third party subcontractor activities and making timely decisions to protect outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with technical clients and Holovis engineers and technicians at all levels, being able to challenge constructively, explain trade-offs, and keep stakeholders confident through delivery.
Backgrounds we often see succeed:
- Technical project management for AV and Show systems.
- Technical project management for automation, manufacturing, rail, aerospace, defence, construction, energy, medical or telecoms systems.
- Technical our HPMS (project management processes) and HSMS (sales management processes).
