Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Concept Artist to join our art and creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and the ability to work with established IPs. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising directly with clients and the internal creative team to understand their vision and bring it to life
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality concept art in a variety of styles, including characters, environments, and props.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the artistic vision is maintained throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the established IPs and ensure all artwork aligns with their guidelines and aesthetics.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the artists on the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concept Artist in the themed entertainment industry or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styles and the ability to work with established IPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a 3D package such as 3DS Max, Blender or Maya, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs quickly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field.
