The Global IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations across all company locations worldwide. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure the efficient and secure operation of Holovis' IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive global experience in IT management, network administration, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement global IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Ensure the IT infrastructure supports current and future business needs.
- Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's global network infrastructure. Ensure network security and reliability.
- Team Management: Work with teams globally to communicate IT priorities, actions and decisions. Provide support for IT Support Assistants globally.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget. Ensure cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a global or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
