Role: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Location: South Manchester
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days in office.

This newly evolved role sits at the intersection of talent operations and recruitment marketing, supporting our Global TA team. Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Own interview scheduling across EMEA, delivering a seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Manage PSL administration and agency invoicing with accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate background screening for candidates and manage monthly audits
- Support pre-boarding and onboarding hand-offs, bridging the gap between offer and day one
- Maintain ATS data integrity and generate TA reporting as required
- Provide ATS support, including UAT as required.
Recruitment Marketing
- Manage the TA social media content calendar, keeping our employer brand visible and current
- Create and execute campaigns for open roles and strategic hiring projects
- Partner with Corporate Communications to translate internal stories into compelling talent content
- Conduct UAT on career site updates and audit for outdated content, roles or employee stories
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have a track record in a fast-paced TA or HR coordination role and a genuine appetite for the marketing side of talent, you understand that how we recruit is as important as who we hire.
- Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across time zones
- Managing diaries within MS Outlook
- Able to navigate a matrix organisation by supporting your TA partners, HR business partners and our hiring manager community.
- Confidence managing third-party agencies, vendor administration, and compliance processes
- Have a creative curiosity, and able to use Canva and spark ideas of how we attract the right talent to Hologic.
- Familiarity with an ATS (we use Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and social media scheduling tools
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions
- Curiosity about employer branding, digital content, and candidate experience trends
- You’ll be diligently organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple work streams at once.
Compensation & Benefits
At Hologic, we offer a competitive salary between £24,000 - £30,000 based on skills, knowledge and experience. You will be eligible for an annual 3% bonus and have access to 5* benefits including private healthcare, dental care, enhanced maternity, flexible working and EV car schemes.
