As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will provide vital market insights and utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent for our business. You will own the entire sourcing and researching process, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and serving as a brand ambassador. In collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners, you will develop strong pipelines of "ready-to-hire talent" by understanding and translating role requirements. Additionally, you will share insights on the talent landscape to help shape our recruitment strategies.

What You Can Expect

  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, AI technologies, and referrals, to identify top talent.
  • Share your insights on industry trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to help shape our recruitment strategies.
  • Represent our brand professionally and confidently as the initial contact for candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand and translate role requirements to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Promote our company’s purpose, passion, and promise, providing candidates with a positive experience.

  • Previous work experience recruiting top talent into global / international positions in all ranges of levels.
  • Awareness of recruiting methods and strategies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
  • Experience in Boolean search, X-ray search, AI technologies, and referrals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, time-management skills and problem-solving skills.
