As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will provide vital market insights and utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent for our business. You will own the entire sourcing and researching process, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and serving as a brand ambassador. In collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners, you will develop strong pipelines of "ready-to-hire talent" by understanding and translating role requirements. Additionally, you will share insights on the talent landscape to help shape our recruitment strategies.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand and translate role requirements to build strong talent pipelines.
