About this Role
Required for September 2026 or as soon as possible. This is a permanent, part time post 3 days a week.
Salary: Main Pay Scale plus SENDCo Allowance of £2,787.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a three‑school model, working closely within our PATH partnership of schools. Working collaboratively across Ashbrook School and Holmwood School and Nursery, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a seamless SEND journey for pupils as they transition from our infant schools into Two Mile Ash School, strengthening continuity, inclusion and outcomes across the partnership.
This role will be varied – you will be working with pupils with individual needs, overseeing the creation and implementation of individual plans to enable pupils to access the curriculum, reviewing and assessing pupil progress and targets, liaising with external agencies and providing pastoral support to pupils and their families. Staff training will be a strong feature of the role. You will be supported in your role by a fantastic team of teaching staff as well as the SENDCos across our multi‑academy trust where you will be able to share good practice to ensure the very highest quality of provision for our SEND pupils.
