TKF Training is a leading training provider based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, delivering high quality training nationally. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised Contract Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and ensuring the successful management and delivery of training contracts.
The main duties include:
- Compliant delivery within Contract specification
- Interpret and deliver client requirements within annual spend and budget profiles
- Monitoring and Performance Tracking, accurate record keeping throughout each contract lifecycle
- Sub-contractor recruitment and management
- Liaise with instructors/assessors to build programmes, ensure accurate documentation received
- Complete and present client KPI Reports
- Compliance and risk management
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Knowledge of City and Guilds NPTC and Lantra qualification and quality assurance processes
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
