WE’RE HIRING: JUNIOR OR SENIOR SOUS CHEF
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Junior or Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and kitchen team.
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about creating fresh, seasonal dishes, keeps up with industry trends and thrives in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
The role will include:
- Maintaining consistently high food standards
- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Helping to develop menus, events and seasonal specials
- Working with suppliers to source quality produce
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Leading a large team and confidently solving challenges
Previous experience within a high-quality restaurant or gastropub is essential. You’ll be professional, forward-thinking and eager to develop your leadership skills.
Full-time position:
£30,000–£33,000 per year
