About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on person to join the embroidery team.
The role is varied and fast-paced, involvingthe embroidery of garments, pressing, packing, despatching and supporting wherever needed on the embroidery floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines with care and attention to detail.
- Press and finish garments to a high standard.
- Accurately pack orders according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work area.
- Step in to assist colleagues during busy times or when challenges arise.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets while maintaining our quality standards.
- Raise any issues promptly to help keep things running smoothly.
- Adhering to mill safety policies and procedures.
