Base Location: Holmfirth, HD9 7BN

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Our range of products includes everything from safes to key safes, vaults, safety deposit boxes, and ATM protection devices and we are very proud to work with customers from around the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, loyal and hardworking person to join our Accounts Team as we look to strengthen our team to enable our future growth.

Benefits: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week, daytime shift, 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) with a time served accrual system, pension, onsite parking, access to the Wider Wallet employee benefits hub. This is a full-time position, working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to our Financial Controller the main responsibility of this position will be to manage the day-to-day sales and purchase ledger requirements of the business.

Rugular duties will include:

• Matching and processing supplier invoices.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Liaising with suppliers by telephone and email.
• Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment.
• Managing the purchase ledger inbox.
• Daily sales invoicing.
• Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
• Credit Control including credit applications.
• Customer Statements.
• Processing and allocation of customer payments.
• Use of customer portals for uploading of Invoices.

Required abilities include:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a role which includes purchase and sales ledger responsibilities.
