From specialist wedding Chefs, experienced Personal Wedding Managers and a fantastic wait team, to knowledgeable grounds teams and passionate housekeepers, our teams pride themselves on providing a top-quality service that helps make our weddings a success.
We are recruiting a full-time Senior Sous Chef. Reporting directly to our Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of our banqueting fine dining experience.

What we expect from you “The Role” – Senior Sous Chef
- To produce food to a high standard in line with the Country House and Customer expectation, ensuring the reputation of The Venue and The Group.
- Support the Head and Sous Chef, stepping up when the Head Chef is absent to fully support Sous Chef.
- To assist with training more junior team members and encouraging casual team members.
- To attend chefs meetings and in house meetings as and when required.
- Hours will include Breakfast shifts and Evening Buffet Shifts, but no “split” shifts.
- To maintain health and hygiene standards, ensure up to date with all new and current legislation including allergens.
