Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Holmesterne Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment and facilities, contributing directly to our commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise maintenance staff as needed and provide training on best practices.

Requirements

• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge relevant to food manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good customer service skills with an emphasis on internal collaboration.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Monday-Friday on rotating shifts. 05:45-14:15 & 12:00-20:30. Some occasional weekend working may be required
