Kitchen at Holmes is an all-day 2 AA Rosette restaurant, neighbourhood bar, and destination for lovers of good food. An exclusive events venue within Holmes Hotel London, The Residence offers a truly unique and inspiring space to hold meetings, events and special occasions for up to 130 guests.
As our F&B Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Restaurant and Bar Manager, who will:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team member recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Work with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure compliance in all safety-related matters
- Be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends, mornings, mid and late evenings
- Respond to guests' complaints professionally.

- Have previous experience working as Restaurant and Bar Manager in the 5-star hotel environment
