Overview
This role is to work alongside our Senior Conveyancing Executive and support and grow the Residential Property offering in this location. You will have daily support from the Residential Partner and a team of 35, including a legal assistant, secretarial and post‑exchange support, and client enquiries team to take the initial enquiry and business support to open the matter.
Day to Day
Handling a varied caseload encompassing the full cycle of conveyancing matters including:
- sales
- purchases
- re‑mortgages on freehold and leasehold property
- transfers of equity
- transfers of part
- property finance work
- deeds of easement and release
- small development sales
Experience and Qualifications
Ideally a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE in residential property law, or a competent Paralegal looking to step into full fee‑earning. Experience managing own caseload and delivering high‑quality service to clients is required.
