We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer or Associate (dependent on experience) to join a successful team. We are happy to consider a full-time solicitor or someone who requires 4 days per week. This is a great role for someone wanting to join a friendly Commercial Property team and gain a varied caseload of sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord & tenant work within a supportive team environment.
Within this role you will be part of a team of 6 fee earners and 3 secretaries. You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in Commercial Property with plenty of support, guidance and a clear career pathway. Based in our modern Marks Tey office, you will provide services to our existing and new clients on a varied range of Commercial Property matters.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Ideally 2 years + PQE
- Experience running own caseload of:
- Registered Commercial conveyancing
- Unregistered Commercial conveyancing
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant work
- Corporate Finance
- Experience of using a case management system
- Commercially minded
- Experience assisting with marketing initiatives
- Communications skills
