Residential Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Private Wealth Team, Marks Tey Due to expansion we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Residential Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive at Associate level or above to join our Private Wealth Team. The role involves working with high‑net‑worth clients on complex residential transactions while delivering outstanding client care. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 60‑80 active files from commencement to completion, including post‑completion stages, with support from a paralegal and wider business support team. Provide quotes to new clients and act as the first point of contact, establishing relationships from the start. Progress files as required – preparing title and search reports, raising enquiries, etc. Exchange and complete files. Advise clients throughout the transaction. Liaise with other side’s lawyers, estate agents and professionals. Participate in business development and marketing activities, such as the annual Private Wealth Seminar and writing articles for the Private Wealth Briefings. Required Skills
