Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit within our Commercial Property Team in Marks Tey. The successful candidate will be either newly or recently qualified Lawyer, wishing to specialise in commercial property transactions. You will join a vibrant team dealing with all aspects of commercial property including sales and purchases, leases, secured lending and other non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The candidate will be working alongside an expert and highly successful team and joining a forward-thinking firm in a period of exciting growth and expansion. Day to day work will include: Drafting contractual documents Undertaking title due diligence
