Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit within our Commercial Property Team in Marks Tey. The successful candidate will be either newly or recently qualified Lawyer, wishing to specialise in commercial property transactions. You will join a vibrant team dealing with all aspects of commercial property including sales and purchases, leases, secured lending and other non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The candidate will be working alongside an expert and highly successful team and joining a forward-thinking firm in a period of exciting growth and expansion.
Day to day work will include:
- Drafting contractual documents
- Undertaking title due diligence & preparing reports on title
- Progressing transactions, dealing with exchange and completions
- Running your own transactions with supervision
- Assisting senior members of the team
- Taking new enquiries
- Collaborating with our specialist teams (Land & Development, Construction, Planning & Corporate teams)
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
Newly or recently qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, CILEx qualified or Licensed Conveyancer) with 0 to 3 years PQE wishing to specialise in Commercial Property. At least one of your training seats will have been in commercial property and you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in this area.
