Holmes and Hills Solicitors is a large and growing regional law firm based in East Anglia. With seven offices across Essex and Suffolk, our 200+ legal professionals work in partnership with clients to provide truly proactive legal services through personal relationships.
THE ROLE
Due to maternity cover we are looking for an experienced Residential Lawyer to work within the small but very busy Tiptree office. You will manage an existing caseload and maintain relationships within this area. You will have a Legal Assistant and a dedicated post‑exchange executive to help support you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high‑quality conveyancing work with minimal supervision
- Managing an existing caseload
- Maintaining client relationships and providing high‑level client care
- Engaging in business development and marketing activities
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
This role is suitable for candidates with 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing. We expect excellent client care skills and the ability to adopt a flexible approach to meeting clients’ expectations.
