THE ROLE

We are looking for a Residential Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive to join our growing team. Day to day you will be handling a varied caseload that will encompass the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages on freehold and leasehold property, lease extensions and Transfers of Equity, Transfers of Part, Small development sales. You should also have proven knowledge of trust matters and their impact on residential property transactions.

You will have a proven track record in delivering high quality conveyancing work under minimal supervision. Our employees are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially aware and possess excellent relationship building and communication skills.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

This role will therefore suit an experienced 5 year + PQE Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking for the opportunity to grow and develop their career. The right candidate will have excellent client care skills and be able to take a flexible approach to meeting clients’ expectations of client contact. They must be confident and competent in technical aspects of Residential Property and Land Law and not just the process itself.
