We are currently looking for a lawyer (Solicitor, CILeX) to join our Clinical Negligence team and take on a busy caseload. The caseload will be varied and will include mid-high value/complex claims with a mix of litigated and non-litigated cases.
The type of work you and the team will deal with includes:
- Birth injuries
- Surgical errors
- Hospital negligence
- Cosmetic surgery
- Dental negligence
- Mental health care
- Care home negligence
- Misdiagnosis and late diagnosis
- GP negligence
- Wrong prescription claims
We are looking for a Clinical Negligence lawyer with around 2-4 years experience, who has experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence.
