Overview
We are currently looking for a lawyer (Solicitor, CILeX) to join our Clinical Negligence team and take on a busy case load. The caseload will be varied and will include mid-high value/complex claims with a mix of litigated and non-litigated cases.
The type of work you and the team will deal with includes birth injuries, surgical errors, hospital negligence, cosmetic surgery, dental negligence, mental health care, care home negligence, misdiagnosis and late diagnosis, GP negligence and wrong prescription claims.
What experience do I need?
We are looking for a Clinical Negligence lawyer with around 2-4 years experience, who has experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence. You should have an established record of exceptional client care and be comfortable in understanding clients’ needs and dealing with often sensitive injury issues.
