As one of our Staff Nurses, you will lead the team, and will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of the residents\’ needs and wishes:Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residentsOverseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC StandardsCreating and carrying out treatment plansOffering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we supportEnsure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelinesSupport the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth mannerSupport, guide, teach and mentor other members of your teamWorking individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the homeTo be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification.
