We are looking for dedicated Staff Nurses to join Holmes Care Group. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with weekly hours of 39.38.

Role Responsibilities:

Providing excellent nursing care and support to residents
Managing medication and ensuring safe administration in line with NMC standards
Creating and implementing treatment plans
Providing a safe, caring, and stable environment
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
Supporting the Service Manager and supervising staff shifts
Mentoring and guiding team members
Collaborating with the Manager for smooth home operations

Requirements:

Current registration with the NMC and relevant nursing qualification. A compassionate attitude with a professional understanding of nursing roles and boundaries.
