Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.

- Support and supervise care staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly on a bank basis.
