What does the day of a Housekeeper look like?

  • Lead and supervise the domestic and laundry teams to ensure the home meets the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times.
  • Maintain and clean resident rooms, communal and staff areas as well as toilets and bathrooms.
  • Conduct regular checks, inspections and audits in accordance with law, regulations and Company policy.
  • Understand and comply with health and safety, COSHH and infection control requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment used is in full working order.
  • Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and visitors by becoming an important member of the team.
