At Holme Hall Primary School, we strive to provide the best education for all our pupils in a caring and supportive environment, and we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistant to join our happy team. We are looking for a skilled and confident Teaching Assistant who shares the ethos of our school and is committed to supporting our brilliant children and the community we serve. Previous experience of working in a school, knowledge of SEND and experience of supporting the delivery of phonics would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Support the class teacher in preparation for teaching.
- Support children’s physical, social and emotional welfare.

- Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.

- Lead intervention groups.
The role is advertised from 8.30 am to 12.00 midday, 5 days per week.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
