Holme CofE Primary School, part of DEMAT, is seeking to appoint a Part-Time HLTA (Inclusion and SEND). The successful candidate will support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, deliver targeted interventions and assist with PPA cover across two schools.
Working 28 hours over 39 weeks, two days per week at Holme and two days at Stilton CofE Primary Academy, you will join a committed Inclusion team to help pupils engage, progress and achieve their full potential.
