Role Overview
Project Lead – Product Development (Telematics), a newly created, permanent full‑time position within Holman UK’s Marketing Team based at our HQ in Chippenham. The role focuses on deploying telematics initiatives to accelerate Holman’s capabilities, increase share of wallet, and drive innovation for long‑term relevance. Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience). The position offers hybrid working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to scope new telematics product offerings aligned with strategic priorities.
- Identify and define business needs, market opportunities, and product concepts.
- Engage new suppliers to facilitate specification discussions and service integration.
- Engage clients and prospects to uncover needs and ensure fit for future offerings.
